Every category gets its own rulebook, grounded in the latest science and time-tested wisdom, and every product is rated so you see exactly why it made the cut. Food and beverage is our first rulebook published in full; the other categories are open as drafts.

The score — how we decide what's clean
Every product is scored 0–100. Only products scoring 75+ make it onto our platform — and we work with brands to push them to 85. Any banned ingredient means a product isn't listed, whatever else it earns.
