Terms of Service

By accessing or using None of the Bad.com ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and vendors.

None of the Bad is a US-based online marketplace that connects consumers with third-party food vendors ("Vendors") offering clean-label, ingredient-transparent food products. None of the Bad acts as a marketplace facilitator; we do not manufacture, warehouse, or ship products directly. All fulfillment is handled by the respective Vendor.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to make purchases on the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

None of the Bad reviews products against our proprietary Clean Ingredient Standards before listing approval. However:

• None of the Bad does not independently lab-test every product or batch.
• Ingredient formulations may change without prior notice from Vendors.
• Product information is provided by Vendors and may contain errors.
• None of the Bad is not responsible for individual allergic reactions, dietary intolerances, or health outcomes.
• Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical or nutritional advice.

Always review product labels before consumption, especially if you have known allergies or dietary restrictions.

All prices are listed in US dollars. By placing an order, you authorize None of the Bad to charge your chosen payment method. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. None of the Bad reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

Orders are fulfilled by the Vendor directly. Estimated delivery times are provided by Vendors and are not guaranteed. None of the Bad is not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. Risk of loss transfers to you upon the Vendor's delivery to the carrier.

Return and refund eligibility varies by Vendor. Please review the individual Vendor's policy on their product page. For disputes not resolved by Vendors, contact None of the Bad support at info@noneofthebad.com within 30 days of delivery.

Vendors are independent third parties, not employees or agents of None of the Bad. None of the Bad does not guarantee the accuracy of Vendor-supplied information, product quality, or fulfillment performance. Vendor approval by None of the Bad does not constitute an endorsement.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent product reviews
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

All content on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of None of the Bad or its licensors and is protected by applicable US copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any None of the Bad intellectual property without prior written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NONE OF THE BAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THEREON. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE ORDER IN QUESTION.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL PRODUCTS LISTED ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NONE OF THE BAD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless None of the Bad, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
